Overview
Mad Party attack is the same attack as Night March attack from XY-Phantom Forces. The only difference is that Mad Party can have higher damage. This attack does 20 damage for each Pokemon with Mad Party in your discard pile. There are 4 different Pokemon with Mad Party attack such as Bunnelby, Poltergeist, Dedenne and Galarian Mr.Rime.
Among them, Bunnelby and Poltergeist are the most suitable attackers since their attacks only require 2 Colorless Energy. In addition, Polteageist Ability, Tea Break can be used to discard Mad Party Pokemon and draw extra 2 cards. Both Dedenne and Galarian Mr.RIme must be discarded first because the Energy Cost for their attack are not suitable for fast attack and require more turns to setup. Theoretically, Mad Party will have max damage of 300 if you managed to discard all Pokemon with Mad Party attack except for attacker.
Discarding Pokemon
You need to discard Mad Party Pokemon as fast as possible in order to accumulate damage. In this deck, it is better have cards that can both draw and discard at the same time so that you have higher chance of drawing Mad Party Pokemon in your hand and discard them.
Perhaps, Professor's Research is the best card in both discarding and drawing card. You can use it to discard your entire hand and draw 7 cards. This effect is great when you have hand full of unwanted Mad Party Pokemon.
On the other hand, if there are Mad Party Pokemon like Polteagiest that you need to evolve, you can use Zinnia's Resolve to selectively discard 2 unwanted Mad Party Pokemon and draw extra card for each of your opponent's Pokemon in play.
Additionally, Cinccino Ability, Make Do can allows you to discard 1 cards and draw 2 extra cards. Cinccino Ability is much better than Polteagiest Ability since you can discard any 1 card to draw 2 extra cards where as Polteagiest Ability can be only used to discard Mad Party Pokemon to draw 2 cards.
Energy
Since Mad Party Pokemon are neither Pokemon GX or Pokemon V, Twin Energy can be attached to either Bunnelby or Polteagiest to provide 2 Colorless Energy for their attack. With Twin Energy
